Three unique and healthy recipes for Autumn

Who stole our summer? Irremediably, new autumn airs blow this way. A new season guides us towards an expressive and enthusiastic future. Yellowish and reddish shades color the new season, in which we infuse a new profusion of artistic ideas and dialogues that will soon be reflected in a wave of bubbly creativity. We need positive energy. Let’s begin from the inside.

We begin our autumn recipe book with three unique and healthy recipes that will make us feel good and will provide us with the nutrients we need for this time of year. Remember to make all these dishes with certified ingredients and by taking specific care of the nutritional combination. Tomato and beet gazpacho. Beets helps a lot when it comes to detoxifying the body thanks to pigments known as betalin. This soup also contains other classic gazpacho ingredients such as cucumber, pepper or olive oil, and is decorated with chia seeds, which are rich in omega 3, antioxidants and fiber. And it’s gluten free!

 

Chard leaf cannelloni with nuts and vegetables. The cannelloni is made with the chard leaf and filled with pumpkin, zucchini, leek, pine nuts and raisins. The broth is made with fennel, celeriac, ginger and vegetables. The dish is decorated with purple potato, French onion and asparagus, previously fried with a little oil. It is a very healthy dish as is made entirely with vegetables and supplemented with nuts, which provide us with the vegetable protein our bodies need.

 

Garden rice. It is a brown rice made in a vegetables, ginger, lemongrass, liquefied spinach and chopped lemongrass based broth. It is accompanied with cauliflower, orange and purple carrot and asparagus. All ingredients are highly depurative, and also suitable for vegans, gluten intolerants and lactose intolerants.
