As children, we have all dreamed of having a house in a tree. It was a great dream. Climb to it whenever we needed to get away from the problems or we felt misunderstood. To search our individuality through books, drawings … It was also a great plan to attract friends and to invent with them plans of conquest or searches of treasures.
Almasov Aibek has used his knowledge to offer a couple of romantics a sanctuary to climb while studying nature.
There are nostalgic architects who want to recover this dream. We consider them, the architects of children. Architects of houses that hang, climb or cling to trees. At Luxiders we want to pay tribute to all of them. We will analyze 10 of the best tree houses in the world.
The first has been created by Almasov Aibek, who has used his knowledge to offer a romantic couple a sanctuary to climb while studying nature.
Tree in the house, by Almasov Aibek, from the design studio A. Masow, is located in Almaty (Kazakhstan). As if it were a sanctuary, this house is composed of a transparent cylindrical volume that envelops and respects a single tree. Tree in the house has no walls. The interior is separated from outside through a single glass structure that limits privacy but without depriving the individual of unlimited sunlight and an infinite panorama.
To climb, a minimalist white staircase is rolled up from the ground floor to the roof, giving the user a 360º view on his way to the sky. Inside, natural materials ensure respect for the environment.
In this 4 floors house, Aibek Almasov unifies eco-friendliness, modern design, and nature. The lighting, energy and water systems are eco-friendly, being one of the architect’s priorities for this project. The clear structure is made of transparent solar panels connected to a Tesla, Powerwal. In addition, the house collects rainwater for its use, and wastewater is purified through a natural system.
It is expected that this eco-responsible house will be inaugurated during this year 2017.
