Konzipiert und kuratiert vom Luxiders Magazine wird Visions of Transformation<\/span> vom 4. bis 6. Februar 2026 im Econogy Space der Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris pr\u00e4sentiert. Die Ausstellung zeigt eine Auswahl von zw\u00f6lf gro\u00dfformatigen Modefotografien von zehn internationalen Fotografen und untersucht, wie Upcycling, Recycling und Deadstock-Materialien in zeitgen\u00f6ssische, anspruchsvolle und emotional ber\u00fchrende Mode transformiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n \n\n

Visions of Transformation<\/b><\/span> ist eine Fotografieausstellung, kuratiert von den kreativen K\u00f6pfen hinter dem Luxiders Magazine, Belvis Soler und Jens Wittwer. Im Fokus stehen ausschlie\u00dflich Kleidungsst\u00fccke, die durch Upcycling, Recycling und die Verwendung von Deadstock-Materialien entstehen, oftmals kombiniert mit weiteren \u00f6kologisch verantwortungsvollen Textilien. Die Fotografien zeigen, wie bestehende Materialien neu gedacht und in Mode \u00fcbersetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, die sich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich in eine hochwertige visuelle Sprache einf\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n

Als kontemplativer visueller Raum innerhalb der Messe konzipiert, l\u00e4dt die Ausstellung dazu ein, Mode jenseits von Trends und Leistungskennzahlen zu betrachten. Textilien werden zu Erz\u00e4hlungen. Stoffe tragen Erinnerung. Design wird als Akt der Neuinterpretation verstanden, nicht als permanenter Produktionsprozess.<\/p>\n

\u201eVisions of Transformation versteht Mode nicht als Produkt st\u00e4ndiger Neuheit, sondern als Akt der Neuinterpretation. Die Ausstellung zeigt Arbeiten internationaler Fotografen wie David PD Hyde, Ava Pilot, Sebastian Pielles, Jens Wittwer, Daron Bandeira, Juanita Romero, Timo Gerber, Zoe Yalden, Claire Harrison und Joana Roque. Aus unterschiedlichen kreativen und kulturellen Kontexten kommend, bringt jede und jeder eine eigenst\u00e4ndige visuelle Perspektive ein und teilt zugleich eine gemeinsame Sensibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Material, Prozess und Storytelling. Die Bilder gehen \u00fcber klassische Modefotografie hinaus und zeigen \u00f6kologische Verantwortung nicht als Einschr\u00e4nkung, sondern als Quelle \u00e4sthetischer Tiefe, Vielschichtigkeit und zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Luxus.<\/p>\n

Visions of Transformation w\u00fcrdigt zudem die zentrale Rolle der Fashion Stylistinnen und Stylisten, deren kuratorische Arbeit diese Ausstellung erst m\u00f6glich gemacht hat. Besonderer Dank gilt Angelica Stenvinke, Izabela Macoch, Sophie Bohmeier, Julius Forgo, Karin Canales, Emma Miles und Valentina Cancedda f\u00fcr ihr Engagement bei der Recherche und Auswahl von Kleidungsst\u00fccken, die ausschlie\u00dflich aus Upcycling, Recycling und Deadstock-Materialien gefertigt wurden.<\/p>\n

In einem Modesystem, das von Massenproduktion, Geschwindigkeit und permanenter Neuheit gepr\u00e4gt ist, bleibt die Suche nach Kleidungsst\u00fccken aus bestehenden Materialien und Abfallstr\u00f6men ein komplexer und zeitintensiver Prozess. Diese Herausforderung ist Teil der Erz\u00e4hlung der Ausstellung. Jeder Look steht nicht nur f\u00fcr eine \u00e4sthetische Entscheidung, sondern auch f\u00fcr einen kuratorischen Akt aus Recherche, Geduld und Verantwortung. Die Schwierigkeit der Beschaffung unterstreicht, wie wichtig es ist, Designer, Marken und Kreative zu unterst\u00fctzen, die Transformation \u00fcber Extraktion stellen.<\/p>\n

\u201eWenn Systeme von Geschmack, Konsum und Produktion in starren Mustern verharren, verlieren sie an Relevanz und Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit. Transformation beginnt dort, wo \u00fcberlieferte Normen hinterfragt und neu gedacht werden. Indem alternative \u00c4sthetiken sichtbar gemacht werden, versteht die Arbeit des Luxiders Magazine Wandel nicht als Ausnahme, sondern als gemeinsame kulturelle Verantwortung.
