Talent Management Intern

Luxiders Magazine is a must-read media for everyone interested in sustainable stories. Written in English, German and Spanish, the magazine represents an enhanced global resource for sustainable brands, creative professionals and consumers who want to improve and increase their knowledge about sustainability and connect with other sustainable creators.

We are looking for a Talent Management Intern with all talent-related tasks. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about relevant talent in music, fashion, art, and culture.

YOUR MISSION:

Research influencers and talent for editorial, branded campaigns and seeding
Aiding in communication with influencers and talent
Keep our talent master database up to date by researching and discovering new and interesting talent
Support sourcing products
Reporting on social insights from talent
Support in other projects where needed

YOUR SKILLS:

You are currently in enrolled in a university program that is linked to production, design, marketing, communication, media or culture
First practical experience and internships in similar companies is a plus
You have first experiences in influencers sourcing and casting (not needed)
Understanding of digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
Team player with excellent English language and communication skills
A strong sense of what Luxiders represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other passion points
Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
Good Excel skills
