Poem found on the streets of Porto
Vitoria wears total look by Portuguese designer IVAN ALMEIDA. It is ethically made and slow fashion with fabrics from Portugal. Shoes are from MARITA MORENO. The platform in natural wood is handmade. Francisca wears asymmetric jumpsuit by IVAN ALMEIDA and quilt jumper by BUKI AKOMOLAFE. It is reversible and variable thanks to the press studs on the 100% organic cotton.
Jumpsuit by CORAÇAO ALECRIM, made in Portugal with love and with Cupro. The Eco Kimono Blue Tokio in dark wool is a limited edition of the sustainable brand AVASAN. Shoes are from MARITA MORENO.
The orange dress and the multi-layered drape dress by independent designer NS GAIA are from the Hybrid Collection. The concept of the collection revolves around nature and its evolution into a new world, where techniques are mix: media printing, hand embroidery details of upcycling material and deconstructed shapes out of natural fibres, like Rayon and cotton.
Blouse with manual crochet and pattern Buttes-Chaumon skirt, by Portuguese sustainable brand MISCI. Misci uses production leftovers, giving life to fabrics that would become industrial waste and would end up in the garbage.
All the labels featured in this Fashion Editorial have a commitment to sustainability and a common desire: ethics and aesthetics to co-exist within the modern fashion world. All images have been captured by analog cameras.
