Texworld Evolution Paris 2024 Will Again Embrace Sustainability

The 5th of February, as well as the opening of Texworld Evolution Paris 2024 is approaching. Set to be a record breaking, February edition will delight you not only with a scale. The combination of ecology and economy, Econogy, introduces a new approach to sustainability.

From 5th to 7th February, Texworld Paris will welcome visitors with an exceptional line-up from Texworld and Apparel Sourcing at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. With 1,260 companies taking part in the two shows, the new edition will surpass the previous record set in February 2019.

Once again, Texworld (Hall 7.2) and Apparel Sourcing (Hall 7.3) will offer buyers a sourcing platform with a huge variety of products from all over the world. New for 2024, each show will have its own trend area. Two trends forums will be grouped together on level 7.3 unveiling the most innovative samples.

WHAT IS NEW IN TEXWORLD 2024?

First of all, 760 companies will be representing the major sourcing countries, such as China, Turkey, South Korea and India. The good news concerns Indonesia and Taiwan. They will return with a very high-quality range of silk and cotton fabrics.

Italy’s Aquilatero will join Texworld for the first time. Along with other European companies, it will offer performance textiles that play a prominent role in the 2025 collections.

And finally, the T-Club has been completely renovated to encourage professional exchanges.

WHAT IS NEW IN APPAREL SOURCING PARIS IN 2024?

With over 500 companies specializing in finished products, Apparel Sourcing will focus on European manufacturers. A dedicated pavilion will showcase nine Ukrainian companies that will offer a wide range of womenswear products.

Foursource hub, will showcase the offerings of about 30 near-sourcing manufacturers based in Europe.

In addition to that, both Texworld and Apparel Sourcing, as well as the Denim Village and the Elite sector, will have their own Highlight areas.

HOW WILL TEXWORLD PARIS 2024 EMBRACE SUSTAINABILITY?

Last year, Texworld Evolution Paris celebrated its 25th anniversary with a focus on sustainability. This year, the trade fair continues to keep this approach by combining the concepts of ecology and economic development in Texpertise Econogy. The term “Econogy” demonstrates the crucial role of sustainable development for the economic success of the company. This principle will serve as a guide for Texworld Evolution to structure supplier search methods on its sourcing platform.

Texworld Paris 2024 launches the Econogy Finder that will enable visitors to list and access all (around 80) suppliers of sustainably produced textiles via an online directory. The stands of the exhibitors whose activities in terms of sustainable supply chains have been verified will be marked with clearly recognizable Econogy signs.
