MARK FAST

-- --

One could consider Mark Fast as the master of knitwear and his clothes as real living sculptures. After spending his education at Central Saint Martins, a tutor Jessica Bugg introduces the young Canadian designer to the world of knitwear and Mark discovers the endless opportunities that this offers. In 2008 he founded his own brand, which makes of experimentation its main strength. His dresses push the bounderies of the modern knitwear technology, coming up to use in his designs fabrics like lycra combined with the finest luxury textiles. The collections are sewn by hand on domestic knitting machines and his creations wrap the body shapes without deconstructing them.
