Studio 189

Created by Rosario Dawson and Abrima Erwiah, Studio 189 is an African, and African Inspired clothing and concept producer. They have a store in Ghana, and they support community led projects both in Africa and the USA. They produce with artisanal communities, and use traditional craftsmanship techniques such as natural plant-based dye, and hand-batik. Their focus on empowerment through the creation of jobs and the support for education.
