Première Vision Paris 2026 Puts AI, Innovation and Sustainable Materials at the Heart of Fashion’s Future
Première Vision Paris returns from September 1 to 3, 2026 with an ambitious new edition dedicated to Innovation & Technology, positioning artificial intelligence, smart materials and digital transformation as the new competitive drivers of the global fashion industry. Bringing together more than 850 exhibitors, the event reinforces its role as Europe’s leading sourcing and innovation platform for fashion professionals seeking sustainable solutions and future-ready technologies.
The fashion industry is entering a decisive chapter. Beyond aesthetics, success increasingly depends on technological innovation, data-driven decision making and the ability to source more responsibly. That shift defines the next edition of Première Vision Paris, where technology is presented not as an experimental concept but as an operational tool capable of improving design, manufacturing and supply chain resilience.
One of the most significant developments accompanying this edition is the new international partnership between GL Events Fashion Division and Cosmetic Valley, France’s leading cosmetics innovation cluster. The collaboration reflects a growing convergence between fashion and beauty.

Innovation moves from concept to implementation
This September edition places practical innovation at its core. Artificial intelligence, digital product development, advanced manufacturing processes and eco-innovation are showcased as technologies already transforming the industry rather than distant possibilities.
The Smart Creation area will feature companies developing solutions across multiple disciplines. AI specialist Heuritech will demonstrate predictive trend forecasting based on consumer behaviour, while CLO continues to push the boundaries of 3D garment simulation and virtual prototyping. Meanwhile, Ever Dye introduces bio-based pigments and low-temperature dyeing technologies that significantly reduce energy consumption.
Circularity also plays a central role. Fair Wear will present its work improving labour conditions across global supply chains, while Nona Source continues to demonstrate how luxury deadstock materials can be reintegrated into new collections through circular sourcing models.

More than a sourcing fair
Première Vision increasingly positions itself as a strategic business platform rather than simply a sourcing event. Across three exhibition halls, more than 850 exhibitors will represent the entire value chain, spanning yarns, fabrics, accessories, leather, manufacturing, smart creation and footwear. The new Cosmetic Village, developed together with Cosmetic Valley, expands the show’s ecosystem into beauty, encouraging collaborations between fashion and cosmetics.
The organisers have also redesigned the visitor journey with curated sourcing hubs, dedicated trend areas, pitch sessions and business matchmaking formats intended to accelerate purchasing decisions and facilitate high-value industry connections.

Artificial intelligence becomes a business necessity
One of the strongest editorial themes this season is the practical integration of AI into fashion businesses. Rather than debating whether AI belongs in fashion, Première Vision asks how companies can implement it effectively. Conference sessions will explore AI applications in product design, trend forecasting, inventory optimisation and demand planning, alongside discussions around Digital Product Passports, profitability, geopolitical uncertainty and the industrialisation of next-generation sustainable materials.
The conference programme is once again developed together with The Interline, reinforcing the show’s ambition to become a global knowledge platform as much as a trade exhibition.
Supporting fashion’s next generation of innovators
Innovation extends beyond established companies. Première Vision renews its partnership with ANDAM, showcasing startups developing biotechnology, advanced materials, recycling technologies and circular business models. Among the selected innovators are Biofluff, Recyc Leather, Yoona.ai and Fiberly, reflecting the growing importance of material science and digital solutions in fashion’s evolution.
Designers Alexis Mabille and Victor Clavelly will also participate in talks exploring how haute couture intersects with artificial intelligence, speculative design and 3D printed fashion, offering a glimpse into emerging creative practices.
A new sourcing platform for better materials
Perhaps one of the most significant announcements is the collaboration between Première Vision and Paris Good Fashion. Together they will launch a new digital sourcing platform designed to help brands compare more than 60 different raw materials according to technical performance, industrial maturity, availability and environmental impact. The platform aims to support better sourcing decisions while reducing dependence on fossil-based materials across the industry.

Fashion Meets Beauty: Première Vision Expands into Cosmetics
One of the most significant developments accompanying this edition is the new international partnership between GL Events Fashion Division and Cosmetic Valley, France’s leading cosmetics innovation cluster. The collaboration reflects a growing convergence between fashion and beauty, two industries increasingly connected by shared challenges such as innovation, sustainability, industrial transformation and international competitiveness.
The first visible outcome of this alliance will be the launch of Cosmetic Village at Première Vision Paris. Located in Hall 1, the new space will bring together a curated selection of beauty companies, encouraging dialogue between material innovation, fashion design and cosmetic development. Rather than treating beauty as a separate industry, the initiative recognises that brands are increasingly building holistic lifestyle experiences where textiles, colour, packaging, fragrance and beauty products evolve together.
For Première Vision, the partnership signals a broader ambition: becoming a cross industry innovation platform where fashion, beauty and technology collaborate to develop new business models, accelerate creative research and strengthen French expertise on the global stage.
As the boundaries between sectors continue to blur, the fair is positioning itself as a place where the next generation of creative industries can meet, experiment and grow together.
